There can't be enough great things said
about these devices from Russia. They can help increase
strength, endurance, and some freaky grip power. I use them
about twice a week and sometimes they'll be my only workouts
(with bodyweight exercises) for a week. For complete information

Cardiovascular Training
For a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner or an NHB fighter
there two words that come to mind; Heart Rate. When training
cardio I like to alternate my activities between distance
and interval (Sprints).
